Begood Alg is a small, independent company harvesting wild organic seaweed in the Pays Bigouden.
After being harvested by hand, the seaweed is dehydrated in a solar dryer, before being transformed into flakes, seaweed tartars or condiments in my laboratory in Plozévet.
Seaweed is sold at the summer markets in Penhors, Pont Croix and Kérity and on Fridays from 4pm to 6pm at the farm in July and August.
