The Bigouden region is a land of exceptional water sports, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities with family and friends, in zen or sporty mode. Its coastline is jagged, with folds and more exposed stretches. This means you can play with the weather and find the perfect spot to practice depending on the day and your level.

There are plenty of sailing centres and schools dotting the coastline.
