A certified yoga teacher, Aline-Marie offers group and individual classes in Shantiyoga (dynamic) and Yin Goga, as well as guidance in yogatherapy, naturopathy and classes on the beach in summer.
During the school year, classes are held indoors in Pont-l'Abbé, Loctudy and Quimper.
In July and August, open-air classes are held by the sea in Lesconil and Loctudy.
