Scarlette Le Corre, a sailor-fisherman, gives you an introduction to Bigouden fishing practices and teaches you how to prepare fresh fish using three recipes.
She will also give you tips on how to cook the fish to perfection.

Tasting at the end of the workshop. Bookings required.
