This hilly route is a must-see for its megalithic riches. Every menhir and every rock has its own story or legend.

This circuit will allow you to discover the megalithic riches of the Pays Bigouden, notably the site of Saint-Kodelig. Along the ‘Sur les pas du Cheval d'Orgueil’ (In the footsteps of the Cheval d'Orgueil) interpretive trail, you will also learn about the life of author Pierre-Jakez Hélias, who was born in Pouldreuzic, and the history of his work. Feel free to combine this route with a visit to his birthplace, located in the village of Pouldreuzic.

In order to respect the integrity of the natural environment you are walking through, it is essential to fit rubber tips to the ends of your walking sticks. Repeated passage by walkers with unprotected walking poles can, in the medium term, have irreversible consequences such as soil and vegetation erosion, gully formation and widening of the path.
