The event begins with an 18km nature run where both experienced and amateur runners can enjoy the different landscapes of the circuit: towpaths, undergrowth and the Bigouden countryside... a rolling, undemanding circuit!
This will be followed by the short 9km nature race, open to cadets (20010 and under) and providing an opportunity to discover nature running for some and to train for intense effort for others...
The Cabri refreshment station will welcome all participants at the end of their race,
The first 3 men and women in each race will be rewarded!
1 prize for each runner!
Tombola with lots of prizes to be won.
Registration on Klikego or on the spot possible 12 € for the 9 km and 18 € for the 18 km, if the maximum number of runners is not reached (1000).
A valid FFA licence must be presented, or for non-members or members of other federations, a Parcours Prévention Santé certificate less than three months old on the day of the event. In accordance with current regulations, licences from all other sports federations are not accepted, including the FFTRI.
