D4 to D5: From Pont-l'Abbé to Pont-l'Abbé via Île-Tudy and Combrit - 38.5 km
Following in the footsteps of customs officers, or following railway workers on the old railway line, you will discover rias and fishing ports, old stations and hamlets, all the riches of the Pays Bigouden between land and sea.
Direction of the route: 2 directions
The markings on the ground (yellow/red) always take precedence over paper or digital documents.
In order to respect the integrity of the natural environment you are passing through, it is essential to fit rubber tips to the ends of your walking sticks. Repeated passage by walkers with unprotected walking poles can, in the medium term, have irreversible consequences such as soil and vegetation erosion, gully formation and widening of the trail.
The routes known as GR® are the creation of the French Hiking Federation. They are protected by intellectual property rights.
HELP PRESERVE THE TRAILS: Many volunteers from the War Maez association, affiliated with the FFRandonnée, work locally to mark and preserve the trails (marking of GR® trails by the French Hiking Federation, etc.).
