Large detached 3-star listed house with enclosed garden, located in the commune of Tréguennec, in the heart of the Bay of Audierne. The beach is 2 km away, the spot of La Torche is 10 minutes away, the capital of Bigouden is 15 minutes away and Quimper, the capital of Cornouaille, is 25 minutes away, not to mention the many activities nearby: GR34, greenways, cycle route 5, etc.
There's also a storage room for bikes and/or pets, and an outdoor shower with mixer tap for when you return from the beach.
The little extra: on your arrival, the beds will be made and a small welcome basket will be waiting for you - and all this is included in the rental price!
Other services may be added at an extra cost:
Baby equipment (chair, bath, bed, changing mat), possible rental of towels (€10 per stay), electricity and water charges to be added at the end of your stay, as well as a €50 cleaning charge which may rise to €100 if not done by the tenant.
Dogs accepted, subject to conditions (see owner).
