Le fumoir Bigouden is the brainchild of Mélanie, a gourmet who worked in the restaurant trade for 15 years. Passionate about the art of smoking, she brings out the best in fish, most of it caught locally, in her workshop. You'll find mackerel, hake, pollack, sardines and octopus.
