L'ECLOSE - Ty Du

This bright, quiet, one-bedroom pied-à-terre (21 m2) is on the ground floor of a typical farmhouse adjacent to the owners' house. It is completely independent and not overlooked. It was completely renovated in 2016-2017.

Its privileged location means you can do a lot on foot, with convenient access to the centre of Le Guilvinec, the shops, the port 200 m away, the beaches 800 m away, the GR34...

‘Ty Du isn't large, but it's well laid out and space is optimised with the pull-out bed. The feeling of space is further enhanced by the high ceiling (4 metres!) and the bay window overlooking the terrace and garden.
In the evening, you can relax and watch TV on the flat-screen TV with access to DTT channels, or surf the Internet on the unlimited high-speed WiFi.

Intimate spotlighting creates different moods in the main room, whether in the kitchen, bed or living room. There's an extendable wooden table for indoor dining.

The kitchenette is well equipped with all the basics. You can take advantage of the breakfast option for a tasty and hearty continental breakfast!

The comfortable 190 x 140 cm double bed in the living area has the advantage of being easy to fold away to free up floor space in the blink of an eye.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. You'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron in the laundry room shared with the ‘Ty Gwen’ gîte and the owners.

The studio opens onto a large private terrace of 21 m2 that extends into the house's garden, shared with the ‘Ty Gwen’ gîte and the owners.
