The living room is bright and airy, with a sofa bed (190 x 138) that converts into a double bed, recently changed for your comfort. It's very easy to open and close, and quite wide. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you need for cooking.

In the evening, you can relax in front of the flat-screen TV with DTT channels after your visits to the sea. The high-speed WiFi connection will come in very handy for all your needs, whether personal or professional.

The bedroom has a comfortable 140 x 190 cm double bed. In the modern en suite shower room, you'll find a walk-in shower, a washbasin, storage space, a hairdryer and an electric towel rail, which you'll appreciate when you get out of the shower. There is a separate toilet.

You have access to the shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack on the terrace.

Your charming 21 m2 private sheltered terrace with pergola guarantees you moments of privacy and relaxation protected by the fabric privacy screen.

The 300 m2 garden with its olive trees, palm trees, rose bushes, ferns and mimosa, shared with the Ty Du gîte and the owners, is enclosed by walls and therefore not overlooked.
