Starting at Kérity in Port de Bouc, near the sea wall, the 3.5km course ends at the first-aid post on Plage du Ster.
To keep in shape and keep fit, twelve workshops are available for budding or experienced athletes, including parallel bars, hurdle jumps, a climbing wall and educational panels for warming up.
