Le Guilvinec has 920m of beaches, all ideally exposed with beautiful white sand. They are not supervised.
The small, intimate 120m-long Grève jaune beach is ideally south-facing and offers a view of the harbour entrance and the arrival of the trawlers around 4.30pm every day of the week. Showers are available here in July and August. The area of rocks uncovered at low tide is very popular with children. It is only 200m from the port.
The nearest bus stop is 750 m away: Jean Baudry (summer) or Place de la petite sole (winter).
Another way to enjoy the beaches and dunes is to walk along the dunes along the GR34, the legendary customs path. Running is also very popular.

Outside this period, dogs must always be kept on a lead.
