For a week at the Relais Thalasso de Bénodet, for a few days or a half day, enjoy the benefits of Thalasso treatments. A wide range of massages and thalassotherapy treatments. A marine cosmetics shop.
Take advantage of our marine spa, with a large seawater pool heated to over 30°, equipped with marine jets, a swimming corridor, a swan neck and a jacuzzi.
Our Nordic area with a steam room, 2 saunas, a walking river, a frosty shower and a sensory trail.
And our fitness and relaxation area facing the sea, with our cardio-fitness room, herbal tea room, relaxation room and solarium.

Spa entry from €29.00: includes access to the marine spa, Nordic area and solarium, and the loan of a bathrobe and towel.

Monday to Friday: 11am to 1pm and 4pm to 7.30pm.
Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm.

* Access to the steam room, sauna and gym is forbidden to minors under the age of 16. A waiver must be signed by the legal guardian before minors can access the treatments.
