Presentation of the bookshop's favourites and recommendations from the public.

A discovery session led by Charline, from the De l'Encre à l'écran bookshop in Le Guilvinec. With two new features: later opening hours to make it easier for working readers to come along, and the collaborative aspect.

The programme includes ten French and foreign novels, with a focus on new discoveries and authors who don't necessarily get the press.
She will be joined by Émilie Tanniou, head of the multimedia library, to welcome the public, and both are inviting readers to come along and talk about their own discoveries.
Asked to choose a French title and a translated title that have made a particular impression on her, Charline confides her (difficult!) choices: Aurélien Gautherie, "L'enfant du vent des Féroé" published by Notabilia and "Même les goélands se sont tus", by Dutch author Jaap Roben, translated by Guillaume Deneufbourg and published by Gallmeister.
These are nuggets to be discovered in detail.

Organised by Polbannalec-Lesconil Town Hall.
