Situated in the middle of the Ile-Tudy peninsula, just a 3-minute walk from the large beach, this small 25 m2 flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift). The first room includes a closed kitchen area, a dining area and a convivial area with a sofa and coffee table. The sofa can be converted into a bed if required. The bedroom has a double bed.
The shower room has a shower and WC. It is located under a staircase and has a special configuration. The shower is 77cm deep and 71cm wide.
The flat has plenty of natural light and faces onto Avenue de Bretagne, so you'll be able to look out of your windows over the Anse du Pouldon and see the tide levels at a glance. You'll also have a front-row seat to enjoy the colours of the sunsets.
The studio is accessed via an enclosed garden planted with flowers, which you can enjoy, and then via a communal staircase. Private parking spaces are available in the cul-de-sac adjacent to the house. Formerly Hôtel les Dunes, the building has belonged to the same family since it was built in 1956. Christel, who took over the family business in 2021, will be delighted to share the history of the house with you. She will also tell you all about the renovations under way, which are part of a sustainable tourism approach.
L'Ile-Tudy is a charming little village bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the estuary of the Pont l'Abbé river. It's the ideal place for sporting activities (running, cycling, hiking) and water sports (sailing, kayaking, paddling, swimming, long coastline, etc.). It's also a place where you can recharge your batteries by enjoying both the beach and the surrounding countryside. Two areas of the commune are part of the Natura 2000 protected areas, giving you the chance to appreciate a preserved natural heritage.
Available for two-night lets from 7 May to 10 July and from 29 August to 20 September.
