Ravel's Bolero is the most frequently performed musical work in the world, the most popular, the most present in the collective unconscious. Gilles Verièpe wants to dance it today in a free and joyful spirit that appeals to all generations. So he has composed a playful choreography full of surprises, made up of movements and ruptures. He explores the gesture of childhood play, liberating, joyful and light. He mixes dance genres and draws on everyday gestures. Spontaneity and the drive to live dominate. And the duo take us by surprise, playing with melody, tempo and even dance, just for the fun of it!
