Welcome to Yoga With Gaïa, where an inner experience awaits you. Gaëlle, also known as "Gaïa", is delighted to offer Hatha Yoga classes throughout the year in Plonéour-lanvern, Sainte Marine and Pont-L'Abbé. Hatha Yoga is an intermediate practice that draws its inspiration from both the sun (ha) and the moon (tha).
After devoting 10 years to her career as a costume designer, Gaïa turned to a more introspective path.
Alongside her study of yoga, she took up a degree in psychology. She shares her experience in these words:
"As a yoga teacher, my passion lies in the intersection between yoga and neuroscience. Through regular practice, I have personally experienced the profound benefits of yoga on my mind and body. Today, I want to share this knowledge with my students. In my classes, I guide everyone through sequences designed to calm the nervous system, cultivate presence and develop greater self-awareness, while working on the body and flexibility. Yoga is a powerful tool that has helped me through difficult times, offering me a fresh perspective and a refuge of inner peace. It is with gratitude that I accompany you on this wonderful exploration of yoga and neuroscience."
Whether you're a novice looking for your first steps on the mat or a seasoned practitioner, Gaïa offers classes to suit all levels, as well as one-to-one sessions for personalised support. She will guide you with kindness, helping you to progress in your practice and explore the depths of your being.
She also extends the tranquillity of yoga to special environments such as retirement homes and businesses, offering bespoke sessions to support the health and well-being of all, bringing the benefits of yoga where they are most needed.
