Who I am:
For nearly four decades, yoga has been much more than a practice: it's been an inner journey, a profound exploration and a living witness to my personal evolution.
Today, yoga helps me to manage the pain associated with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis on a daily basis, helping me to maintain flexibility, mobility and confidence. Teaching yoga seemed like a natural opportunity to help everyone improve their quality of life, by providing concrete tools.
