Why do sardines love chestnuts? Come and find out the answer to this question from plankton specialist Pierre Mollo! The concept The Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante is a project dreamt up by the Aux Goûts Du Jour association. The Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante, a tiny house created by the Aux Goûts Du Jour association, organises a varied programme of activities to promote healthy eating for residents, businesses and local authorities, in conjunction with the stakeholders in each Breton region where it is based: events, training and support. The aim is to help bring about real change in the eating habits of children and adults, as well as in local decision-making and production channels, in favour of healthy, sustainable food for all. Travelling around Brittany since 2021, it will make ten or so stops lasting at least a month. During each stopover, a wide range of activities will be offered throughout the region: school workshops, professional training, support for businesses, workshops for the general public, etc. In all, over 100,000 people will be educated, trained and supported on the road to healthy, sustainable eating! Here are the workshops
