Local fish cooking demonstration and tasting:
Come and meet and chat with Stéphane Varichon, home chef, who will be cooking a local fish in the Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante, followed by a tasting!
The concept
The Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante is a project dreamed up by the Aux Goûts Du Jour association.
The Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante, a tiny wooden house created by the Aux Goûts Du Jour association, organises a varied programme of activities to promote healthy eating for residents, businesses and local authorities, in conjunction with the players in each Breton region where it is based: events, training and support.
The aim is to help bring about real change in the eating habits of children and adults, as well as in local decision-making and production channels, in favour of healthy, sustainable food for all.
Travelling around Brittany since 2021, it will make ten or so stops lasting at least a month. During each stopover, a wide range of activities will be offered throughout the region, including school workshops, vocational training, support for businesses and workshops for the general public.
In all, over 100,000 people will be educated, trained and supported on the road to healthy, sustainable eating!
