Between Île-Chevalier and the mainland, the great mudflat of Anse du Pouldon offers tranquillity, abundant food and rest for birds from autumn to winter.
A trail takes you on a respectful tour of this sensitive and rare site, immersing you in this unspoilt natural environment to understand how a mudflat works and to observe birds on their migratory stopover or in their winter quarters.
A 4km walk.
Bring appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather.
Dogs are not allowed on nature walks.
