A fusion of music from here and elsewhere, Yann Honoré’s compositions are like sketches from a travel journal. Snapshots of life, brimming with landscapes, faces and, above all, stories, shared with illustrator Pierre Malma and video artist David Guillaume. Three masterful techniques – multi-instrumental on-stage orchestration, live drawing and video mapping – come together in a unique and immersive performance combining music and drawing, centred on the theme of the journey, designed to surprise and move the audience with what is being played and created right before their eyes.
