Following on from *Banque centrale*, which told the story of money and banks, *La dette* tackles the theme of debt, once again in the style of a fairy tale and with a touch of humour.
An investment banker experiences a strange phenomenon: he is visited by spirits, much like a wizard possessed by the spirit of the forest. He has been tormented ever since the day when, after getting the president of a small country to sign a loan at particularly high interest rates, spirits began pursuing him to tell him the story of debt and its current implications.
This production was commissioned by the University of Lorraine. The writing process was supported by research lecturers from the BETA laboratory.
