Description
Scarlette Le Corre is a passionate seaweed grower who has been harvesting and processing edible seaweed for over 20 years. She invites you to join her for a full day (8am) of 3 workshops:
- Outing to the foreshore to discover shore seaweed - 3h.
- Seaweed cooking and tasting workshop - 2 hours
- Fish cooking and tasting workshop - 3h
Meet at Scarlette's shop.
Bring boots, a change of clothes and a plastic bag (like a shopping bag) for the outing on the foreshore. Children are the sole responsibility of those accompanying them.
