To bring the summer season to a close in good spirits, the FAR is inviting the public along on Saturday 22 August for another edition of the Années Tubes, a completely free evening of partying, dancing and musical memories.
This year, the event takes place at the end of August, offering holidaymakers and locals alike one last great opportunity to enjoy the summer before the start of the new school year. From 6pm to 1am, the Place des Anciens Combattants, opposite Loctudy town hall, will be transformed into a huge open-air dance floor.
Greatest hits from several generations
From the 70s to the present day, the Années Tubes offer a musical journey through five decades of unmissable songs. Pop, rock, disco, French variety, dance, summer hits and international classics: everyone will be able to rediscover the music that has accompanied their memories and share a festive moment in a warm, intergenerational atmosphere.
Whether you come to sing, dance or simply enjoy the friendly atmosphere, this evening promises to bring together all generations around the same passion: popular music that spans the ages.
A festive programme to get Loctudy dancing
From 6.30pm, DJ ROADKING and DJ BOPPIN' IMANOL will open the festivities. Regulars at major FAR events, they'll be pumping up the atmosphere with a selection of unmissable tracks to get the audience in the mood and get the evening off to a lively start.
LIVE FEVER: live energy for the party
The evening continues with LIVE FEVER. Formed in 2010 by a group of friends with a passion for music and the stage, the group has built up a solid reputation for its dynamic performances and sense of sharing with the audience.
Backed by experienced musicians and a unifying repertoire, LIVE FEVER has a string of hits to keep all generations singing and dancing. An energetic performance that promises to transform the centre of Loctudy into a veritable popular party scene.
The great return of DJ DÉDÉ FÉRÉZOU
DJ DÉDÉ FÉRÉZOU made a big comeback to the Loctudy festival last year with a highly acclaimed performance.
Années Tubes to round off the evening.
Known for his ability to string together the classics that bring audiences together, he will be revisiting the greatest hits of the last fifty years in a rhythmic and spectacular show. Laser effects, light shows and a festive atmosphere will accompany this musical journey that will go on until the end of the night.
