Begood Alg is a small, independent company harvesting wild organic seaweed in the Pays Bigouden.
After being picked by hand, the seaweed is dehydrated in a solar dryer, before being transformed into flakes, seaweed tartars or condiments in my laboratory in Plozévet.
Sold at summer markets in Audierne, Pont Croix and Saint Guénolé.
