Tréméoc is an unassuming village with an endless choice of outdoor activities.
The circuit around the Moulin Neuf reservoir is a real journey inland, on foot or by bike. Here you can admire the birds on the water and enjoy the peace and quiet. This 65-hectare drinking water reservoir is also a popular spot for anglers (fishing licence required).
Tréméoc is also home to the Greenway, a former railway line between Pont-l’Abbé and Pluguffan (a few kilometres from Quimper) reserved for cyclists and pedestrians. In spring or summer, the path is particularly pleasant under the canopy of trees that provide shade for walkers.
Last but not least, Tréméoc’s typical heritage will delight local history buffs, including a church, chapel, fountain, wash-house and bread oven.
