A self-contained flat on the first floor of our house, which was renovated in 2023, situated in Plovan, 2.5 km from a lifeguard-supervised beach. Facing south-east/north-west, it enjoys plenty of natural light and unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. The flat has held a 3-star rating since 2025. It has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed measuring 140 × 200 cm, and the second, smaller one, with a pull-out bed that can be converted into two single beds measuring 80 × 200 cm. It also comprises a combined living room and kitchen, a separate toilet and a separate bathroom. You’ll also enjoy a large private garden, equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, tables, benches and a gas plancha for your al fresco meals. Hiking trails (GR/PR) run right alongside the garden, and the ruins of Languidou Chapel are just a stone’s throw away. The accommodation is situated on the edge of the Baie d’Audierne Natura 2000 site, in an unspoilt setting and exceptional natural surroundings. Close to major attractions: La Torche (20 mins), Douarnenez (25 mins), Quimper (25 mins), Audierne (35 mins). A private car park is available for cars and bicycles.
