A certified yoga teacher, Aline-Marie offers group and private classes in Shantiyoga (dynamic), Yin Yoga, as well as support in yoga therapy and naturopathy, and beach classes in the summer. During the school year, classes take place indoors in Pont-l'Abbé, Loctudy and Quimper. In July and August, outdoor classes are offered by the sea in Lesconil and Loctudy. The classes combine gentle movements to relax and let go with a more dynamic practice to get the energy flowing: an alternation of movement and stillness to explore the possibilities of body and mind. Timetables, prices and further information are available on the website, by phone or by email. From 6 July to 30 August: join us for outdoor classes! Loctudy: Langoz beach: Yoga flow - Sundays and Mondays from 10.30am to 11.30am Lesconil: 4 Vents beach: Yoga flow - Thursdays and Saturdays from 10.30am to 11.30am Penmarc'h, Pors Carn beach: Yoga flow - Wednesdays from 9.30am to 10.30am Pont-l'Abbé: Clos de Trevannec: Yin yoga - Mondays from 6pm to 7.15pm In the event of bad weather, outdoor classes will be moved to the Loctudy sports centre.
