A certified yoga teacher, Aline-Marie offers group and one-to-one classes in Shantiyoga (dynamic), Yin Yoga, as well as support in yoga therapy and naturopathy, and classes on the beach in summer. During the school year, classes take place indoors in Pont-l’Abbé, Loctudy and Quimper. In July and August, outdoor classes are held by the sea in Lesconil and Loctudy. The classes combine gentle movements to help you relax and let go with a more dynamic practice to get your energy flowing: an alternation of movement and stillness to explore the possibilities of body and mind.
