All year round, Scarlette, a fisherwoman and seaweed grower, offers a range of cookery workshops for all ages on seaweed and fish cooking.
Passionate about her work, she'll be happy to share her tips and tricks with you.
- Information on seaweed and seaweed tasting. All year round, Tuesdays and Saturdays.
October to March, 3pm-5pm. April to September, 5pm-7pm.
- Tips for successful fish cooking, 3-course cooking and tasting. All year round, Thursdays, 11am to 2pm (or 5.30pm to 8pm, depending on the programme).
- Seaweed cooking and meals. Together, you cook and eat your food. Thursdays, every fortnight, 5.30-8pm.
From April to October, when the tides are high, we also offer immersion days, with 3 workshops on the programme: outing on the foreshore, seaweed and fish, 8am.
