Charlotte Le Berre Troadec, a graduate of the Ecole Française de Yoga - EFY Paris, offers year-round, tailor-made yoga classes for all levels, individually or in groups. Sessions last 1h30 on average, and can take place in a fully-equipped room or outdoors. A state-qualified surfing instructor (with a Surf Health qualification), she offers workshops and 'wellness' breaks at her Serendipity Bretagne centre, combining sports practice, self-confidence and disconnection with nature.
