Cooking workshop: 3 recipes for (re)discovering mullet
Jérôme from Blaz lab will share his tips on how to cook this forgotten and often scorned local fish, which nevertheless has the taste and flesh of a great fish!
The concept
The Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante is a project dreamt up by the Aux Goûts Du Jour association.
The Maison de l'Alimentation Itinérante, a tiny wooden house created by the Aux Goûts Du Jour association, organises a varied programme of activities to promote healthy eating for residents, businesses and local authorities, including events, training and support, in conjunction with the players in each Breton region it visits.
The aim is to help bring about real change in the eating habits of children and adults, as well as in local decision-making and production channels, in favour of healthy, sustainable food for all.
Travelling around Brittany since 2021, it will make ten or so stops lasting at least a month. During each stopover, a wide range of activities will be offered throughout the region: school workshops, professional training, support for businesses, workshops for the general public, etc.
In all, over 100,000 people will be educated, trained and supported on the road to healthy, sustainable eating!
