Description
Set in pleasant wooded surroundings, this chapel dates back to 1876. According to legend, its name, "Bonne Nouvelle" or "Kelou Mad" in Breton, comes from an old lord who used to come here to mourn his son who had gone to war. One day, one of his servants came to tell him that his son had returned. To celebrate this good news, he had the chapel built. Nearby attractions include the Kelou Mad stele and the recently restored fountain and wash-house.
