  • René Gourlaouen has been selling his organic pork and home-made charcuterie directly from his farm since 1999. From the age of 6 weeks, the piglets are fed cereals (corn, barley, peas, etc.) grown on the farm. Pork chops, loin, roasting joints (with or without brine), belly pork (salted on request), chipolatas, smoked sausages, smoked saucisson, country paté, rillettes, dry cured sausage and bacon. Spicy sausages in summer, great for barbecues. Farm visits on request.
