It has a large enclosed garden, and a superb terrace where you can share convivial, often sunny, moments around a barbecue.
The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, daylight, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee maker, plus all the necessary utensils and crockery.
On the ground floor, there is a shower room and separate WC, and upstairs a shower room with WC.
In the garage: freezer, tumble dryer, parasols, garden chairs with cushions, etc.
At the end of the day, come and spend the evening in the living room watching a good film or playing board games.
A maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked in the garden.
