  • Painter, I now live in Pont-L’Abbé, the town where I was born.
I also lived for nearly eight years in Céreste (Luberon-Provence), in the heart of nature.
I’ve always painted, and for nearly 25 years now, I’ve done so with dedication. I have taken painting courses at different times in my life. My thirst for discovery and the people I’ve met have taught me a lot. I enjoyed supporting artistic projects and teaching visual arts to high school students.

Painter, I now live in Pont-L’Abbé, the town where I was born.

Today, painting is my main activity, my way of life, my life choice.
I also lead creative expression workshops through painting, which I call ‘Dare to Create.’
I love sharing my experiences and the freedom to create with one’s true self.

For me, painting and visual arts are, above all, a way of expressing my emotions — a step toward letting go. I love composing and letting myself be guided toward a sense of ‘balance.’ I love colors, their resonance, their smiles. I love creating, daring to create, discovering, and exploring. Painting — my painting — is like life, full of contrasts and twists. I constantly discover new horizons. It’s a journey, my journey.
I explore different themes: horizontality, with seascapes, and verticality, with trees and their grounding in the earth. I also sometimes let myself drift into lyrical abstraction. I’ve also explored the patterns and colors of Bigouden traditional embroidery — full of vibrant colors! Sometimes I’m drawn to flat color blocks, and other times to blended, gradient, resonating color harmonies. Sometimes I work with opaque layers that elevate color, and then with delicate transparency. I’ve returned to oil painting — I love its texture and depth. It has taught me slowness! I also explore collage (such as using tissue paper), and acrylics for their spontaneity and the freedom they allow. In short, I paint the way I am — following my desires, my thirst for discovery, and my joy in the present moment.

Nature continually fills me with wonder — it nourishes me.
I love the shoreline and its secrets — its colors, its transparency. It shimmers. It opens up space. It invites meditation. I also love the verticality and the ‘green’ of nature, trees and their majesty — their strength and energy. This nature connects us from the Earth to the universe. It is both invigorating and calming.
In Provence, I spent time in the hills among the trees (white oaks, green oaks), in wild nature. Immersed. And then, I like to make nature my own. Reimagine it, express it differently — full of colors. The colors of the vibrations it reflects back to me."
