Journée immersion - 3 ateliers - Avec Scarlette Le Corre

A passionate seaweed farmer, Scarlette Le Corre has been harvesting and processing edible seaweed for over 20 years. She invites you to join her for a full day (8 hours) of three workshops:
- Seaweed cooking workshop and tasting - 2 hours
- Fish cooking workshop and tasting - 3 hours
- Trip to the foreshore to discover seaweed - 3 hours.

The order of activities varies depending on the tide times.

The meeting point is at Scarlette's shop.
Please bring boots, a change of clothes and a plastic bag (such as a shopping bag) for the trip to the foreshore. Children are the sole responsibility of their accompanying adults.
