The Meaban association, a sailing school in Brittany recognized as a public-interest organization, aims to promote learning to sail on traditional tall ships for all audiences and skill levels. They offer coastal courses, such as discovering the Breton coastline or the Ponant Islands, as well as offshore courses (Ireland, Scilly, Anglo-Norman Islands, Spain, Portugal…) for longer periods.

This is an opportunity for our young traditional sailing school association, MEABAN, to raise awareness. A presentation booth will offer the public some maritime-themed activities and the chance to visit our traditional tall ship, "Jane."

A festive day is planned at the port of Lesconil to explore the world of traditional sailing.
Craft market (jewelry, soaps, photographs, Stimpuk objects, presentation and demonstration of a Celtic board game…), shows, juggling, workshops on knot-tying and nautical charts, presentation of the association, and other surprises…
