The 4th Annual Rando des Bois Charity Walk, organised by the Conservation Committee of the Chapelle Saint-Ronan, will take place on Sunday 18th June in aid of children at Lokossa Orphanage in Bénin. The aim is to create a vegetable garden and small farm so that the orphanage can be self-sufficient. The 3 different distances (5km, 8km and 12 km) all start from the Chapelle de St-Ronan. The 8km and 12km walks are new this year and will go to Guilers-sur-Goyen and Pouldreuzic. Participants can start from St-Ronan at any time between 09.00 and 16.00 – admission fee 5€. Children free. ‘Joelette’ disabled partcipants welcome by prior reservation. Countryside lunch at 12.00 on-site or takeaway. Booking advisable. Price 12€. Children under 12 7€. Menu : aperitif, paëlla, dessert, coffee. Crepes and galettes, musical entertainment, veteran cars, Breton games, fishing lucky dip, sumo games.
